Question 1

What does Rookettle do for small businesses?

Accepted Answer

Rookettle helps small businesses prepare and manage the thinking behind their advertising. You share your business context, then Rookettle helps shape campaign-plan and creative drafts for you to review before any later launch step. The service is designed for owners who want done-for-you support without skipping their own decisions.

Question 2

How do I choose the right package?

Accepted Answer

Start with the planning scope that fits your next step. Local Launch includes a campaign approach, two ad concepts, three copy variants, and owner review. Growth Engine adds more concepts plus video-ad direction, while Multi-location Momentum is for multi-audience planning with more concepts and revisions. These are proposed package options; the displayed monthly ad-spend cap is separate from Rookettle service pricing, which is discussed with the team. Choosing a package does not authorize ad spend or connect an advertising account.

Question 3

What should I share during onboarding?

Accepted Answer

Share your business goals, current offer, target audience, intended advertising budget, and any useful context about what you want advertising to support. Plain language is welcome; you do not need to arrive with advertising expertise. You can also share product, service, or store photos when they will help shape a creative draft. Onboarding does not ask for ad-platform passwords or create a live account connection.

Question 4

How is a campaign-plan draft created?

Accepted Answer

After you save your onboarding context, the campaign-planning workspace uses it to help generate campaign concepts, copy, and creative direction. You can add an instruction and select saved photos when useful. The result is an AI-assisted, structured campaign-plan draft for review. It is unpublished: it does not connect an advertising platform, authorize spend, publish a campaign, or claim a performance result.

Question 5

Can I use my photos for a video-ad draft?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upload product or store photos, choose the images that fit the story, and give the assistant direction. Rookettle can create an editable photo-based video-ad draft with a visual sequence, timing, on-screen text, and matching ad copy. You can edit the storyboard and copy before making an owner decision. The draft remains unpublished and is not a live video campaign.

Question 6

What happens when I review a draft?

Accepted Answer

You can edit the draft, request changes, or approve it as the current owner decision. If you edit an approved draft, it returns to needs review until a new approval is recorded. Package selection and draft approval keep the work unpublished and unlaunched; approval alone does not publish ads or authorize spend.

Question 7

When can ads launch?

Accepted Answer

Ads cannot launch until you have explicitly authorized them and an advertising account is connected. Selecting a package or approving a campaign or video-ad draft is not that authorization, and neither action launches ads. Rookettle keeps the planning and creative work unpublished until those separate launch requirements are met.
